One of the Guys favorite local beer companies is closing it's doors.  They bid farewell to their beers.

Jacob and James take a short trip to Bucket Brewery in Pawtucket Rhode Island.

Here they are treated as royalty by Nate, president of Bucket Brewery.  They discuss the making of the brewery, beers and the people behind the Pawtucket popular spot.  Over 6 different types of beers were tried and explained on this episode.

We can't thank Bucket Brewery enough for their hospitality.  They make some really great stuff including an Orange Cranberry Saison and James' favorite, 33 inning Red Rye Lager.  Definitely grab some Bucket if you find yourself in Rhode Island...or wait until they make enough to bring it to your town.

This episode was broken into parts.  The first part was Scott and I recording for a little bit.  The next segment was a very drunk group of Bob, Mike and I doing 5 minutes.  The next part is a Cano story from Matt and the last part is his ranting about the penile system.

Libsyn changes over to Aug at 8pm, why? I have no clue so I am trying to get my MB usage up and recording a solo podcast for you tonight.  I had to throw in an old episode audio before just to keep the space available.  Look for this episode soon.

I decided to do a solo episode where i ranted and raved about recent beer news and articles.  I also discussed dieting. Lastly, I called Eddie who happned to be on the toilet. 

I was lucky enough to be friends with Danny.  Danny won a free round of golf up in Maine. So what do logical people do? Take the day off work to go play golf in the  middle of the week and drink beers all day and night. 

We started with a Baxter variety twelve pack for the course.  We grabbed a couple Maine Beer Co IPA's at the bar waiting for our tee time.  

Then we jumped over to Novare Res, Portland, ME's best craft beer bar as voted by me.  I started out with the Jolly Pumpkin Oro de Calabaza.  AN entire 750ml to my face.  Next I had one of my favorites, a Saison Dupont before we ventured to another bar in hopes of running into ladies.

We went to Porthole's because it has a deck on the water. It wasn't bumping there but the wait staff was hot so it worked out.

I'd like to inform you of the next location but I do not remember it, all i remember is listening to a shitty cover band drinking Sam Summer's to ease into a light hangover for work the next day.

All in all, Maine is a cool place. 

I got a little too hammered on this episode.  I even forget which beer we had. This episode took place a few weeks ago but with the busy summer... it got posted now.

Well it only took 80 episodes.  I didn't get to record one this week due to lazy circumstances but I decided to head into the vault of podcast segments or shows that never made it to air.  Some for personal reasons and some for god awful reasons.  Anyways, here are three fun segments.  

The first one includes Allison and I shooting the shit about lazy people and the lack of desire to obtain knowledge.  This was a test of an iphone APP that will most likely change the game of our podcast. Good quality if you ask me.

The next episode includes our good friends Kevin and Eddie, this was record after episode Episode 51: The Guys Drink Whiskey On A Monday Night.  This episode was a shit show, hence having Whiskey on a Monday Night.  This part was after the show and we were discussing Eddie banging an older lady and somehow ended up running down the places I've lived.

The last episode is a nod to the boys.  Arguably the biggest shit show ever. This was with Ben, Mike and James.  We recorded this part after recording Episode 25 and Episode 27, which were at Mike's house during the summer.  We just got back from picking up pizza and you can tell how drunk we all were. 

*No one drove drunk, we had one of the guys sober girlfriend. 

The guys continue their summer rampage of drinking beers and doing drafts.  Kez makes another game that takes too long. Don't worry, he doesn't read this or listen back anyways.  The beers were good, the weather was great, the times were legend. The end. 

The big four are back for their annual summer podcast.  Summer beers and bikinis are in store.

The champion is revealed. The long tournament of 16 beers, 4 judges and a Saturday afternoon come to a close.

We are down to eight beers left in the most epic craft beer March madness style tournament.

We have narrowed the field down to half and will continue to judge it's taste, color, flavor, smell, label, name, look and again the taste.

March Craftness started off with a bang.  Many upsets, many beers, and tons of pretzels.

THe guys did a responsible taste testing for this rigid tournament, pouring out 3 oz servings to ensure they taste everything each beers have to offer.

There were tons of tears, tons of smiles, a lot of blood, sweat, and more tears but most of all, it was good sportsmanship all around.

The guys host Selection Saturday for the March Craftness 2015 tournament. Sixteen beers hold their breathes while they wait to find out their seed for the tournament.  Placement is everything in a tournament. 

Part two of the episode with J from @2NOTbrokegirls who writes for a variety of funny and informative blogs and sites.

J and Jacob continue to break down the world of dating.  J's experience in sororities and still being connected to the college world through her sorority, helps bring light to many questions guys have for girls.  

The importance of responding on twitter to build a following is something not missed by J.  They discussed the good and bad of comments and tweets.

Lastly, they discuss douchebags and why girls date them. 

Jacob feels bad about the short episode this week so he records another one.

He brings in long time guest and family member, Allison to discuss the fucking snow, Parks and Rec, Sharknado 3, paying for Tinder and movies. 

They also remix a classic song.

Beers were drank and they had many loffs (laughs).

Haim Slides crew stops by to record a cross over podcast.  Probably the most important collaboration since The Jetsons and The Flintstones.

Ben and James enjoy some domestic lights while Jacob polishes off a bottle of Line 39 Pinot Noir like a classy motherf&$(#er.  

They talk more dating stories since Ben and James are out of the game.  

Unfortunately they recorded over two hours with us but we could only air this 30 minutes of material due to privacy, ridiculousness, and respect to the public. 

Jacob is joined by a very special guest, "J" from Total Sorority Move and Post Grad Problems. 

They discuss the art of sexting along with a guide of do's and don'ts for the players in the game. 

Things really get interesting when they discuss a famous scene from the TV show Louie in which Sarah Baker breaks down the girl's point of view in why guys don't like being seen with "fat" girls. 

This episode goes two hours so we break it down in two parts.  A lot of personal stories about love and life are shared as well as some laughs. 

 Jacob Rants About The Snow and Raves About NBA All Star Weekend.  He also answers a listeners email to answer some yahoo questions.

He breaks down all the crap going on in Boston and it's snow.  Jacob hurt his back while shoveling or something.

Jacob and Allison take an adventure down to Atlanta to visit family, drink beer and take in some southern hospitality.

This episode got cut short because the little minions decided to attack us during the podcast.  No one was hurt during the hour long scuffle. 

So we treat you to a short pod after of Allison expressing her love for Jared Leto and Jacob interviewing her on the subject.

Narrgansett is celebrating it's 125 year as a brewery.  The long rich history of Narragansett is what makes it such a unique brewey to the region. 

Jim shares a brand new beer that was being released that day, the Lovecraft Honey Ale.

They discuss the new brewery coming to Providence and Jacob throws some free ideas at Jim and PJ.  Ideas to upgrade the calendar and how to make a get away trip better.
